This past week McGowan Corporate Real Estate Advisors became an official member of IAMC, the Industrial Asset Management Council. IAMC is the leading association of industrial asset management and corporate real estate executives, their suppliers and service providers, and economic developers.
This is not McGowan’s first association with IAMC. In fact, McGowan has been the SIOR representative on a joint research project being conducted collaboratively by IAMC and SIOR. Click here for an interview regarding the project with McGowan on Globe Street from the SIOR Conference.
The application process is extremely selective and only two individuals per Service Provider can attend so as to keep the ratio of corporate users, economic developers and Service Providers at an even count.
The members of IAMC are a veritable Who’s Who of Corporate Real Estate. Their ranks include senior real estate directors from 3M, Alcoa, Air Products and Chemicals, BASF, PepsiCo, General Mills, Honda of America Manufacturing, Johnson & Johnson Pharmaceuticals Group, The Linde Group, Pfizer, Weyerhaeuser and many other large industrial firms.
